Move On from Temporary Options

If you struggle with removable tooth loss solutions like dentures, full-mouth dental implants are the solution you’ve been searching for. Full-mouth dental implants provide a permanent solution to tooth loss by restoring the look and function of your teeth. Dentures are removable prosthetics designed to fit your dental arches, aesthetically recreate the look of teeth, and restore the functions of chewing and biting. They are held in place by an adhesive that must be applied before each wear. If you wear dentures, you may have experienced your dentures slipping or shifting due to adhesive failure and experienced the discomfort of dentures becoming ill-fitting over time. The reason dentures tend to become more and more uncomfortable over time is their inability to prevent bone loss, which changes the facial structure and the shape of your dental arches. Full-mouth dental implants restore the aesthetics and function of teeth, while simultaneously preventing future bone loss. Centerport Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry has helped patients realize their dream of restoring their smile permanently. Your oral surgeon, Dr. Benjamin Wang, will create a customized treatment plan to help you restore your smile and oral health. Full-mouth dental implants can enhance your quality of life without the hassle of removable solutions like dentures.

Change Your Life with Dental Implants

Full-mouth dental implants offer our patients the opportunity to completely rejuvenate their oral health. During your consultation with Dr. Wang, he will conduct a thorough examination and take detailed imaging to create a customized treatment plan. Before inserting your full-mouth dental implants, Dr. Wang will ensure your bone and gum health is optimal for surgery. Periodontal disease is one of the leading causes of tooth loss and can eventually create larger problems such as bone loss and cardiovascular disease. Your treatment plan may include addressing your gum and bone health to ensure the success of your implants.

Dental implants are composed of three parts: post, abutment, and restoration. The post is inserted directly into the jawbone to stabilize and support your implants. The post functions like a tooth’s root supporting the surrounding bone and preventing future bone loss. The abutment connects to the post and extends beyond the gumline to attach to your restoration, the visible component of your implant. The permanent nature of your full-mouth dental implants ensures you no longer struggle with removable options that feel uncomfortable and shift during wear. Your full-arch dental implants look and function just like natural teeth. Biting and chewing will no longer be uncomfortable or painful thanks to your stable full-arch dental implants. Implants will address an underlying concern of bone loss common in edentulous patients. The support provided by your implants will help restore bone health and prevent bone loss in the future. With proper care like that of natural teeth, your implants can last 30 years or more! The benefits of full arch dental implants will restore and rejuvenate your smile for decades to come.

Our Dental Implants Process

During your consultation with Dr. Wang, he will discuss the process of receiving whole-mouth dental implants, take detailed imaging, and answer any questions you may have regarding the procedure, sedation, and post-op care. Since full arch dental implants are a complex surgery, we recommend sedation to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Centerport Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry proudly offers the All-On-Four® to Six full arch dental implant protocol. This protocol is less invasive, and more cost-effective compared to traditional dental implant treatments. Dr. Wang will strategically place four to six implants into the jawbone that will anchor your temporary full arch restoration. Your temporary restoration will allow you to immediately begin enjoying your new smile while you heal. Healing typically takes between three to six months to allow your implant posts to fuse to the surrounding bone. During your final visit, Dr. Wang will remove your temporary restoration and insert your final, custom-made restoration. Your new smile will change your life and give you the confidence you deserve!
